With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, founder Eric began his career working hands-on in bathroom remodeling before expanding into full residential renovations, additions, and custom projects. Through years in the trades, he developed a deep appreciation for the details that turn a house into a home.
Today, Top Notch Builders brings that same dedication to every project—whether it’s a full renovation, kitchen remodel, ADU, or room addition. Our team works closely with homeowners from concept to completion, ensuring each project is completed with precision, transparency, and pride in workmanship.

Every project begins with a clear plan. From the initial consultation to final construction, our team follows a structured process designed to keep projects organized, transparent, and efficient. Consultation & SITE VISIT
Every project begins with a conversation. We schedule a site visit to understand your goals, evaluate the space, and discuss the vision for your home. This step allows us to gather important details and determine the best approach for your project.

PROJECT PLANNING & ESTIMATE
After reviewing the project, we prepare a detailed estimate based on the scope of work. If design services are requested, we can also develop plans and 3D renderings to help visualize the final result before construction begins.

DESIGN, PERMITS & PREPERATION
Once the project plan is finalized, we assist with preparing drawings and submitting plans to the city for approval. Our team manages the permitting process to ensure everything is ready before construction begins.

BUILD & FINAL COMPLETION
With approvals in place, construction begins. Our team manages the project from start to finish while keeping clients informed along the way. Once complete, we review every detail to ensure the finished project meets our quality standards.
